Job Requirement

- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- High levels of professionalism
- Accounting degree with 1 year + experience in similar role preferred
- Ability to manage time effectively and organise priorities to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail, a quick learner
- Strong skills in Microsoft office suite, coupled with experience in accounting software
- Great written and verbal communication skills

Job Responsibilities

- Financial and end of month reporting
- Preparation of financial and management reports
- Maintenance and management of Fixed Asset Register
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Assist Project Managers with project financials

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Chinese speaking is priority
